William was born 27 Sept 1847 and died 6 Feb 1849 at the age of 16 months The cause of his death is not known nor are the places of his birth and death.

William was the son of Joseph Robbins and Mary (Chute) Raymond. His mother is buried in the same cemetery near him as are two sisters who also died in childhood. Three brothers, who died between the ages of 19 and 32, are named on a grave marker nearby..

William is a Mayflower descendant. Through his father he is descended from Mayflower passengers Isaac Allerton, John Billington, John Howland, John Tilley and Richard Warren.
