Rebecca was born 17 Feb 1779 and died 19 Feb 1859, the daughter of Edward and Rebecca (Elwell) Crosby. She married, as his second wife, Samuel Harris (1763-1845), of Beverly, Essex Co, Mass. Samuel’s first wife was Elizabeth Welch, with whom he had nine children. Nothing is known about her.
